Extra Large 19th Century Romanian Cooking pot with areas of fire blackening.
A very beautiful, hand thrown piece with decorative banding effect, which would have once been used for cooking stews upon a fire.
This pot does have some historical cracks (see photos), it is very sturdy however and the cracks are no cause for alarm. A very heavy piece with plenty of years left in it!
