Delivery & Returns

Standard Delivery

Please allow 5-7 days for delivery (although you will usually receive your items in a shorter timeframe). Delivery times may vary dependent on the item/s which have been purchased and the method of delivery required.

Courier Delivery

​

Our larger pieces are sent via third party couriers and usually within 1-2 weeks. We try to use one or two trusted couriers for the majority of our deliveries, where this is not possible due to a particular location not being covered, we will use Shiply.com to ship your pieces. You are of course also welcome to arrange your own courier if preferred.

Collection

​

If you would prefer to arrange collection of any larger items, please contact us and we can arrange a mutually suitable day and time for your collection to take place. 

 

​International Delivery

​

Currently, we only offer delivery within the UK. If you are located outside of the UK and have fallen in love with one of our pieces, please do get in touch and we will do our best to help you. ​​

​

Returns

​

We of course hope that you will love your purchase/s, but should you need to return an item to us for any reason, please be aware of the following policies.

​

If you do wish to make a return, please notify us of the intention to do so within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must then be returned no later than 14 days following that notification. Any orders returned beyond the specified timescales will not be eligible for return​

Faulty/Damaged Items

 

If you are returning an item due to a fault with the product, we kindly ask that you contact us prior to returning the item to discuss any issues. In the case of a fault with any product that has occurred prior to shipping, the return delivery costs will be met by us.

Changed Your Mind?

​

If you are returning an item due to it no longer being required, please be aware that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item/s to us. We would advise that you use a fully tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to returns of this nature. 

​

Please also ensure that any returned items are in original, saleable condition with any original packaging (where applicable), failure to do so may effect any refunds due.

Refunds

 

All refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days following receipt of the returned goods.
