Delivery & Returns
Please allow 5-7 days for delivery (although you will usually receive your items in a shorter timeframe). Delivery times may vary dependent on the item/s which have been purchased and the method of delivery required. All orders will be sent tracked with full cover.
If you would prefer to arrange collection of any larger items, please contact us and we can arrange a suitable day and time for your collection to take place.
Currently, we only offer delivery within the UK. If you are located outside of the UK and have fallen in love with one of our pieces, please do get in touch and we will do our best to help you.
We of course hope that you will love your purchase/s, but should you need to return an item to us for any reason, please be aware of the following policies.
If you are returning an item/s due to a fault with the product, we kindly ask that you contact us prior to returning the item to discuss any issues. In the case of a fault with any product that has occurred prior to shipping, the return delivery costs will be met by us.
If you are returning an item due to it no longer being required, please be aware that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item/s to us. We would advise that you use a fully tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to returns of this nature.
Please also ensure that any returned items are in original, saleable condition with any original packaging (where applicable), failure to do so may effect any refunds due.
If you do wish to make a return, we kindly ask that you notify us of the intention to do so within 14 days of receiving the item. All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the order and must be accompanied by an invoice or receipt stating your order number and the reason for return.
All refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days following receipt of the returned goods.
