Absolutely fabulous, weathered antique plant stand, with chippy original paint. 
It’s a great statement piece if you have the room for it, best suited to inside or a perhaps a garden room or greenhouse space. We wouldn’t advise it being left outside at this age. 
Things to note: This is an old and timeworn piece, so please see photos where you will see a couple of honest repairs, along with a replacement strip of wood in the middle of the top shelf.
